Why I love dirigibles

This blog will be about how much I love lighter than air travel, especially by rigid airship.  Airships have fallen out of favor in the last 75 years or so, and I would like to see this trend reversed.  The dirigible is a beautiful, elegant, and relaxed form of transportation.  Lighter than air ships are commonly seen in fiction because of their grandeur and immense size, and therefore I believe they would make a nice addition to reality.
